Innovating to a More Sustainable and Cleaner Energy
Philippine Team (ALTAS Valor and PUP Hygears) competing in the Shell Eco-marathon explores a wide range of energy sources, including electric power, hydrogen, biofuels, and more. This diversity reflects the event's commitment to encouraging a multipronged approach to sustainable mobility. From streamlined aerodynamics to lightweight materials, each vehicle is a testament to the ingenuity and creativity of the teams striving to make a positive impact on the environment.
Challenges may be a barrier to get your focus on the resolution but this should not stop you from persevering.
Shell Eco-marathon will help you learn and experience the various engineering disciplines.
Shaping the Future for a Lower Carbon World
Over the years of developing strategies and creating environmental solutions to achieve net-zero emissions, the Shell staff and alumni are continuing their mission to inspire and motivate young innovators and lead them to be contributors in transitioning from a high-carbon system to a more sustainable, lower-carbon future.
Shell Eco-marathon is an avenue where great minds and engineering skills gather in developing vehicles that promote lower carbon emissions. We challenge our future energy leaders to create mobility solutions that can have a vital impact on transportation, helping to reduce carbon emissions and lessen the
environmental impact caused by conventional vehicles. With this program, Shell Eco-marathon hopes to inspire more young innovators to join, show their skills and take on the challenge for a cleaner energy future.
